Most IT companies won't publish rates because they vary the price by how much they think you'll pay. Front Range Health IT has two tiers, one flat onboarding fee, and month-to-month contracts. That's the whole model.

Both tiers include the exact same security stack. The only difference is support availability — Professional adds 24/7 after-hours emergency support.

What's not included

These are pass-through costs or separate scopes of work — not hidden in the monthly fee.

Hardware purchases — We help you spec and source the right equipment, but hardware costs are yours. No margin on hardware.
Software licenses — Microsoft 365, Acronis, Huntress, and DNSFilter licenses are billed at cost as pass-throughs. They stay in your name.
Clinical software support — Eaglesoft, Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, and similar systems have their own support contracts. Front Range Health IT coordinates with those vendors but doesn't replace them.
Cyber liability insurance — Your own policy, through your insurer. Front Range Health IT can provide documentation your insurer may require, but we don't sell insurance.

Straightforward terms

One-time onboarding fee
Flat fee covers environment assessment, security baseline deployment, device enrollment, and documentation setup. Non-refundable once work begins.
5 users
Minimum engagement
5 users or $625/month — whichever is greater. Below that threshold, the overhead of a proper managed IT program doesn't make financial sense for either party.
M2M
Month-to-month contracts
30-day written notice to cancel. No multi-year lock-in, no cancellation penalties. If we're not delivering value, you should be able to leave.

No surprise fees
No setup fees beyond onboarding, no overage charges, no after-hours surcharges (Professional tier). The monthly rate covers everything in scope.
