What practice software do you support?

Dental: Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and Open Dental, plus Dexis and intra-oral sensors. Medical: eClinicalWorks, Epic, and other electronic health record (EHR) systems. If you run something else healthcare-specific, ask us.

Do you only work with practices in Colorado?

Yes. We serve the Denver Metro and Colorado Front Range exclusively, including on-site when needed. That focus is also why we understand the Colorado Privacy Act layer on top of HIPAA.

Can you make us HIPAA compliant?

We set up and document the security protections HIPAA requires, and support your risk assessments. Compliance is a shared responsibility — we handle the technical protections and the proof; your practice owns its written policies and staff training.

Your backups are tamper-proof, so attackers can't delete them. We've agreed in advance how fast each system comes back, and we test restores every quarter — so recovery follows a written plan rather than improvisation.
